1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AnduTech website at andu-tech.com (the "Site") and any services provided by AnduTech ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

AnduTech provides information technology services including, but not limited to:

  • Network design, setup, and management
  • Server maintenance and administration
  • Cybersecurity solutions and security assessments
  • Cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure) deployment and migration

Specific service terms, scope of work, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements entered into between AnduTech and the client. These Terms & Conditions govern your general use of the Site and supplement any such agreements.

3. Free Domain Security Check

The Free Domain Security Check tool available on the Site is provided for informational and educational purposes only. By using this tool, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Results are generated using publicly available DNS, SSL, and header data and do not constitute a comprehensive security audit or professional security assessment.
  • No data you submit (domain names) is stored or shared with third parties.
  • AnduTech makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of scan results.
  • You may only scan domains that you own or have explicit authorization to scan.
  • Use of this tool is rate-limited. Excessive or automated use is prohibited.
  • Scan results shall not be relied upon as a substitute for a professional security assessment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and design — is the property of AnduTech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written consent from AnduTech.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or any tools in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other systems, or networks connected to the Site.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the Site without our express written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
  • Use the security scanner tool to scan domains you do not own or are not authorized to test.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AnduTech does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnduTech and its owner, Dani Wondmana, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site or services.
  • Any reliance on information or results provided by the Site, including security scan results.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  • Any third-party conduct on the Site.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnduTech and its owner from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or Google Analytics). AnduTech is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such external sites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms of service.

10. Service Agreements

Paid IT services provided by AnduTech are subject to individual service agreements between AnduTech and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail for matters within its scope.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
